While some older documents don't have copyright notices, most of the documents
published by IPC do have the proper legal notices, typically inside the front cover
or about the fourth page in, under the "Standards" notice.

It is generally acceptable to copy a page or table out for your own use. We
occasionally will copy and fax a page or two to a member/potential member to help
resolve an issue and expedite a return to production, but It isn't acceptable to copy
and distribute significant portions of any documents, even within the same facility.
There are quantity discounts on most documents distributed by IPC.

JoAnn is a great supporter of our electronic forums and understands our request not
to post attachments to messages through the list server. "Members helping members"
is great, but the technical staff at IPC also stands ready to assist when requested.

Thanks to all for sharing your knowledge through this forum. Jack

My copies of IPC standards don't have copyright notices,
And both Dieter Bergman and Gary Ferrari have told me
(in front of witnesses, <grin>) that its okay to share...

just trying to help,
correct me if I'm wrong (as if I had to say that, right?)

Obviously I can't include this drawing. Looks like you need to
order
your own copy of IPC-2222. I assume faxing a copy of this page to
Mr. Wolf is a copyright violation? If not, would someone let me
        know? Please?
