Good Day!
Could anyone advise me on the specification to adopt ( temperature and
relative humidity ) for the optimium storage conditions for bare printed
circuit boards.
These boards are typically overmakes which we store until our Customers can
place their next order.
What length of time do you think the solderability of solder levelled boards
would remain excellent in these conditions.
Best regards

In my opinion, the following steps are required for optimum storage:
1) Bake boards until completely dry (4 hours @225F).
2) Store at room temperature (75 +/- 5F) either in nitrogen dry box
with a dry nitrogen purge or in sealed air purged barrier bag filled with
nitrogen and a desiccant.

PWB should remain solderable for years as there is little to no oxygen or
moisture present to cause oxidation.
