For solder joint evaluItion I  have had excellent results from Delsen Labs in
Glendale CA, especially when it comes to surface mount joints with a variety
of solders, lead materials and component types (plastic , ceramic etc.).  Talk

McCory).  They can also do thermal cycling and thermal aging and look at any
degradation that occured.  Their final pictures are great an do not leave
conditions to your he imagination.
