Dear Technetters,

A local company is planning to launch new products. The products include a
video/control board and a communication (RF, modem) board. The complexity
of the boards is not fully known at this time, but they will have 20-mil
pitch QFPs and TQFPs on them. We are planning to set up a line in
house and outsource as well. The volume is low about 5000 units/year. My
questions are:

1. are there any desk-top lines which can handle 20-mil components?
Vendors and prices?

2. Any recommendations on regular lines for such volume?

3. Any recommendations on subcontractors?

Your help is appreciated.
