Hello Technetters,
We are going to buy a PCB-prototyping mill, but we have been told that the
plating process with a special paste (as used by various manufacturers) is not
100% reliable. Therefore we are looking for other ways to create good via's. We
want via's with just a few (tens) of milliohms resistance, and we are looking
for an environmentally friendly and simple (preferably one bath) solution. The
size of the PCB's will be max. approx. 22 x 11 cm (8.6 x 4.3 inch).
Does anyone have any experience/advice for in-house plating solutions?
