I used Relex Software for Bellcore TR-332. It can also be
configured for MIL depending upon what you buy. Highly
reccomend it if you don't want to do MTBFs with an Excel
spreadsheet. I did as an experiment and both came out with
exactly the same numbers. You can also cut and paste, change
parameters on the fly. Little pricey though.
