Dear Technetters:

With respect to TQFPs, the clearance between the bottom of the body and
the lead surface (seating plane) can be only 2-6 mils. With such a small
clearance, have anyone experienced any cleaning problems? What would be
the minimum requirement for a cleaner to efficiently clean these
components?
