I am a new learner in this IPC world and I have some concern.

I need more information about IPC-A-600. Do we need to mention to the
manufacturer who fabricate the board to be conform to this standard? or
all manufacturer is conform to it? I would like to know if this standard
is for military rigid printed wiring board(class 3)? I would like to
know if IPC-A-600 is include in others IPC documents?
