Presently, The overall thickness of our boards that have V-groove is
0.062". Our specifications for V-groove is:
Remaining material: 0.018" + - 0.004"
angle: 30 - 45 degre

FOR PCB'S MEASURING 0.093" , WHAT SPECIFICATIONS ARE YOU USING ?
AND WHAT IS THE TIGHTER TOLERANCE THAT CAN BE HELD FOR REMAINING MATERIAL ?
(normal production...)

We have a limitation: our V-groove cutter can cut up to 0.025" maximum.
