Hi Nancy
1. Yes, you have to mention IPC-A-600 and the class 2 or 3 as
acceptability standard on your order or your masterdrawing.
2. IPC class 3 (see IPC-6011) is equal to Mil high reliability
standards. (eg. Mil-P-55110 or MIl-PRF-55110F)
