I just got my copies of IPC-2221 and 2222. I'm trying to read it
(ARGH!) and understand a little of it. The table on page 5 and 6
seems like good information for me to know but I'm hung up early in
the game. Would someone please define "lateral crosstalk" and
"vertical crosstalk"? I asked our EMC guy but he isn't familiar with
those terms. My guess would be that lateral deals with noise created
by traces on the same side (layer) of a board and vertical is noise
created by traces on different layers. Am I close? This isn't
defined in IPC-T-50.
Thanks again! :-)
