Anyway, to the point I actually wanted to make:

I think we should stop referring to ourselves
(PCB Designers) as 'grunts' or some other self-derogatory
term.  It's difficult to elevate our status
if we don't respect ourselves and our profession.
It is, after all, a highy skilled profession,
a great career (for some of us) and becoming
more and more in demand.
