Well,
        Maybe we can use this as a launching pad for a collection
        / information source of Design Software criteria.  Or
        maybe a central collection facility on Design Software
        pluses & minuses ?   We all talk about the software we use,
        but I think the information is never put together in one
        place.   I don't know, maybe a IPC FAQ.  what does everyone
        think?
        We could probably use the PCB Benchmark '98 as a starting point.
