No, with bulletin boards you have to log in and check everything yourself,
which takes longer than just deleting the junk you don't wanna see.

The ultimate solution in my opinion is to send a command to change your
status to DIGEST

With DIGEST on, you only get one or two a day and you can see at a glance
which topics are relevant to you (assuming people use good titles)
