Dear Colleagues,

We are in the process of setting up a DOE to evaluate drilling parameters
based on layer count, % copper, stack height, and entry and back-up
materials. The test will be using all micro drills of 0.135" and less. I
would like to solicit your inputs as to the type of entry and back-up
material, as well as the thickness, that you are currently using.

Thank you in advance.
