Scott,
The distance from a copper conductor to a board edge is covered in IPC-2222 para
10.1.1 Edge spacing. Simply, it is 0.4mm [0.016in] plus your minimum electrical
spacing. If you are still using the old IPC-D-275, you will find it in para 5.3.1.4
Edge spacing.

To all Technetters,
Does anyone know if it is written in any IPC or UL specification the minimum
distance you must have a copper trace or plane layer away from the board edge?
Thanks,
Scott
