1) see IPC-D-325A, page 52, note 23. ALSO SEE IPC-ET-652 FOR GUIDELINES.

2) we use the following note:

        ELECTRICAL TESTING PER IPC-6012:
        A. NET LIST TESTING USING THE SUPPLIED IPC-D-356 DATA IS REQD.
        B. APPROX SMT LAND COUNT IS ___ ON PRIMARY SIDE, AND ___ ON SECONDARY SIDE.
           THE MINIMUM PITCH IS ___.
        C. TEST POINTS ARE ___ DIA LANDS ON LAYER ___.
        D. MAXIMUM RATED VOLTAGE: ___ VDC.
