Unicad was originally "CBDS" developed by Bell Northern , sold and supported
by IBM.
Bell Northern group left to form Unicad.
Recently purchased by CCT which was subsequently purchased by Cadence.

We have used Unicad for years.
Now migrating to Cadence Allegro.
