I have been asked by my Quality department to come up with four parameters to
measure on the wave solder process. This can be put in a program for daily
recording so that if something changes by a percentage, they can say that we
need to evaluate the wave solder process. I have come up with two or three
areas that need to be monitored, but am not sure if these are all critical.
Does anyone have certain requirements that they track on a daily basis?
