Are the test fixtures compatible with the new suppliers machines?
Not all test equipment will run fixtures built by other companies.
Also does the new supplier have increased test capacity?  Etest
is sometimes overlooked as an area for bottlenecks.  Also how are you
going to ship the test fixtures from one supplier to another?  Does your new
supplier accept external test fixtures?
