Jean,
Supplying a netlist for testing would have caught this. The netlist needs
to be generated prefferably from your cad. The fabricator should accept
IPC-D-356, the info is in there. They can then run a check against the
tooling before submitting tooling to the floor. There are a number of 3rd
party programs for generating these types of files from different CAD
programs. The ACT product has the capability for you to generate a netlist
file.
