     Dear Ed,

     We had the same problem sometime back in 1997 and it gave us
     nightmare. We need to clean the bags and remove all the crystals
     formed on the anode baskets once in two week. Are you doing that!!!

     How we solved it?

       Check your copper sulphate's concentration and bring it  to the minimum
      level. We did that and until todate no more crystallisation

Has anyone ever experienced a problem of copper sulfate crystals =
developing on the bottom of anodes inside the anode bags?  If so, what =
causes it and how do you get rid of it.=20
