Darrel
Proceed with caution, especially on unsupported screws that can bow
the board. Have found that 20-25 in/oz is adequate with loctite type
products. Use of loctite or similar seems very important with the small
screws as locking washers don't have the strength to hold as would
say a 3/8 bolt w/ lockwasher.
Matter of fact, on these small screws, save yourself some time, toss
the mechanical locking device, just research your chemical bonder and
go with it. (Production likes it if they don't have to search for lost
washers too)
Good Luck
Jeff
