For PWAs that require connecters fastened with hardware
(screws/lockwashers) to the
FR-4, is there an acceptable torque setting requirement that will not
damage the
FR-4? These are usually 2-56 or 4-40, but will standard torque for these
sizes damage the FR-4 in any way??

Should it just be tighten firmly and use locktite to secure it?

Curious to know if there is a standard method for doing this attach and
secure.

Any information appreciated.

Regards........DT
