What is the consensus these days regarding the 'weak knee' issue associated with
through hole PWBs and HASL?  How have people overcome the solder flow through
issue?  Is better wave soldering process sufficient to overcome improper fillet
formations or are there specific fabrication notes that we can add to ensure a
better complying product?
