Looking at George and Jerry Sallo's comments, and giving it some thought, I'll
bet that you need BOTH of their suggestions, a loose anode bag, and good
solution agitation.

If you think about it, you generate Copper Sulfate in the anode bag, and if
you depend on simple diffusion of the ions through the bag, it could be slow,
but if you can get actual solution movement, you will speed the process
dramatically.

My two cents, and worth every cent of what you paid for it...!
