My humble apologies, it seems dyslexia rules KO?

MIL-P-28809 has nothing to do with the conformal coating spec MIL-I-46058 I
misread your question - my apologies.

MIL-P-28809 was to do with circuit cleanliness and the spec you should now
review is ANSI-J-STD001A & B. MIL-STD-810 has an IPC version in IPC-TM-650
which references cleanliness specs. Also refer to IPC-9201.
