     What ANSI or IPC documents have been generated to describe the
     workmanship criteria for the crimping of wires into spade lugs,IDC
     connector contacts or (?)?  IPC-A-610B does not sufficiently cover the
     topic.  It covers wire-wrap or clip termination of wires to PCBs.
