We have one board got damaged due to mishandling and component was lifted
along with pads. Number of pads are around 12 which need to re-layout before
doing any rework (jumper wires).

Question: How many maximum repair pads are allowed and how many jumpers
wires are allowed per any known specification. Is there any IPC spec talk
about the same, keeping reliability in mind?
