Hi pressure rinse is the technology I am familiar with.  Some have
nozzles that allow spray over a wide surface area, which may not buy you
much.  The angle of the water spray is critical.  I think you give up
the benefit when energy is spread out over a large area.  Try to find
equipment where you can spray directly down into the holes.  This will
probably mean equipment will need more nozzles than you get with older
technology equipment.
