I am not up to date on new methods and equipment.
Years back I was involved in a program to "shave" the copper.
Unless there are some major improvements in uniformity, I advise against it.
Remenber that when you are finished, the copper will still have the tooth of
one ounce copper, and will require overetching compared to "real" 9µ foil.
