Steve,
  I would check with your photo-plotting vendor.  They may have the
capability to accept Bitmapped.  They should be able to give you a list of
file formats their plotter will accept.
  Since alot of the new plotters actually raterize the gerber data, they
maybe able to accept other graphic formats.
