Richard,

I am not sure about the cam350, however Lavenier also supplies pc based
cam systems that might be what you are looking for.  The cam system should
let you change the drill file to a gerber file by the way you specify
saving the
file and changing the apt. to round pads.  Once you can save the file to a
gerber file change the apt to the symbols to specify the drill size.  Most
cam
systems will allow you to create custom apt.  If you are about to change
all
your files over, having a common symbol list for your hole sizes is nice
feature to add.
