I am designing a test program plan for pressfit connectors. It would
be interesting to know, which kind of tests other companies have
carried out to ensure adequite long term reliability.
Our products are designed for indoors use only, in telecommunications
systems.
So far we have made cross-sectioning and press-in force/retention force
measurements ( Acc. IEC 352-5 )
