I thick I can help you with your problem, but I need to know more about the
type of defect your seing.  Are you using DuPont PIC2000?  How are you
developing the PIC?  What cleaners are you using in the gold line?  Are they
acidic or alkaline?

I've worked alot with PIC so if you can give me more info I may be able to
help.
