Most any of the major laminate suppliers should be able to help you.
One good source you may wish to check out is from Arlon, Electronic
Material Division. Chet Giles of Arlon has produced a very good text
tiled "Everything You Wanted to Known About Laminates, But Were Afraid
to Ask" . Chet is very colorful in his writings and easy to understand.
It available in print or on disk to customers free by requesting and
signing a software transfer agreement. Contact customer service at

Does anyone know of good reference material for beginners and
intermediate
level operators just starting out to laminate PCB type materials? My
applications include laminating polyimide films, polyimide film
adhesives,
metal foils, and ceramics. Subjects I would like material on include
kiss
pressure, laminating pressure, press pads, Kraft paper, tooling plates,
release film, etc.
