I am trying to help a software engineer with sourcing a translator for a
gds format file.  Ideally the translator will allow exporting to formats
tiff, jpeg, bmf.

The source has provided dxf files.  However these files have outlines of
areas.  We have not been successful with doing fills, too time consuming.

The need is to have the gds in a file format that the programmer to write
their analysis software for.
