Technetians:

I was perusing the Roadmap and came across 8 general industry categories
demanding circuit boards including consumer, military/aerospace,
industrial, telecommunications, automotive, computer, and business.

There is a list of example boards in the Emulator section which
describes increasing demands upon lines and spaces, drill diameters, and
the necessity for nonmechanical blind vias for the most part in my
opinion. Many of the current demands are for OEMs using these
technologies right now in my interpretation.

Now, for the questions

1. Primarily: Who are the OEMs demanding the "future" technologies
today?

2. Secondarily: Does one have a general web address or list of OEMs
who supply the PCB industry?

3. Finally the Free-for-all Questions:

3.1. To achieve 75 micron / 75 micron lines and spaces, what are the
etch conditions and yields?

3.2. To achieve 5000 drilled 0.010 / 6000 skived vias, what technology
generates the highest yields and the highest thermal cycle successes?

3.3. What modifications and/or purchases are required to obtain high
yield 10,000 hit 0.008 to 0.012 boards?

Your responses are appreciated.
Maybe we all want to know these answers, but I thought this would be a
good forum to generate discussion because the time for change was
yesterday according to the 1997 IPC Roadmap so I'd wager there are some
who have an idea.
