Hi all.

 I am looking for "Reel To Reel Eximer Laser" which can drill holes and cut area.
Base material is polyimide with adhesive or copper-adhesive-polyimide.
Latest test I have tried revealed that Nd-Yag or CO2 laser cause damage on adhesive.
Is there anyone who has information about the equipment?
