Mil Std 55110 section A.3.5.4 requires that a board's hole pattern
accuracy be verified. Our test is very labor intensive. We would like
to know how everyone else performs this test.

Also, many master drawings require very close tolerances on finished
board X-Y dimension. Our machine that removes the route tab sometimes
leaves a small stub. Our mechanics then sand the edge for smoothness
and make the board out of tolerance. Please suggest a better method.
