Gabriela,
You can't use SERA as set up with the borate buffer, but with a
different buffer, and I think in a circulating mode, you can do what you
are asking.  The technique is called PESO.  Contact Dave Hillman at
Rockwell Collins 319-295-1615 or Peter Bratin at ECI, who make the SERA
tester. They can give you the details.
