I'm interested in finding the tolerance for true hole position for class
C boards less than 12". I found a spec in paragraph 5.4.2 of IPC-D-275
that gives .003" in the units of "Diameter about True Position". I just
want to know how far from true dimension two holes can be. Can anyone
explain the .003" tolerance in layman's terms?
Thanks
