Palladium plated boards are available from Soverign Circuits of N. Jackson,
Ohio (330) 538-3900 and Ambitech Inc of Chatsworth CA  (818) 882-5550.  I
believe both apply it electrolytically over electrolytic nickel.  They also
will add a gold flash if desired.  I do not know if they supply boards with
the electroless or immersion palladiums.
