Hi everyone,

I am working with Rick Smith on his problem via phone and fax, because a
lot of information is required to hopefully help him to resolve his
problem.

Several of you have requested that we work in this problem on the net.
This is a pretty
complex problem,  Rick & I can communicate better off the net exchanges
ideas..

When the analysis is completed, I plan to publish a document on the net
explaining what we did, and I hoer, resolved the problem.
