Chris, will this be a one-time-deal? Or an ongoing process? How many 1206
parts per assembly? Do you have an oven for cure or access to UV or can you
wait for room temp cure?

Pin transfer can be done on many pick and place machines, various
mechanical hand dispensers are available as well as pnuematic ones. Then
there is always the stencil process or the automated dispense machines.

To help streamline a product upgrade process, I am looking for am
inexpensive glue/dispenser combination suitable for gluing down 1206 style
components by hand.  any recommendations will be appreciated.
