     Antler, M. "Survey of Contact Fretting in Electrical Connectors". IEEE
     Transactions on Components, Hybrids March 1985;CHMT-8:87-104.
     Mort Antler has done considerable work on fretting of different
     metals.

Ok,
Who has some technical details, study, or white paper on the validity
of, or problems with mating tinned fingered SIMMs with gold contact
sockets or visa-versa?  Does this really have any effect on
reliability?
