Ken,
We use stainless steel glue dot stencils. Some folks use glue slits (or
slots) instead of dots. Works fine and is much quicker that a dispensing
machine if you have a lot of parts on the secondary side.

Of course, all the side parameters of time and costs have to be taken into
consideration when making the decision of stencil vs. dispensing.

Can anyone tell me what Motorola is using to dispense the glue (epoxy)on
solder side, glue dispenser or trough stencil printing? Does anyone know
any
contact house uses glue printing method?
Any help will be appreciated.
