The board they have is called a Fiducial Evaluation Kit. It has 10, 25-mil
pitch 100-pin QFP's on it and 10 different fiducial types. The bad part is
that they make you buy 10 of these boards. Last time I checked, it was $275.00
for 10, pretty outrageous if you ask me...they're just regular ol' PCB's.

If you need something precise, I suggest going to a company that
electrodeposits metal onto glass using whatever pattern you want...it's much
more precise than a standard FR4 PCB. One company I know of that does that
kind of work is a company called:

I assume when you're speaking about flex circuits, you want to have something
that mimics the conditions of what a fiducial would look like on a flex
circuit (I think I know what you're driving at...), because some machines
vision systems have a hard time looking thru the material that flex circuits
are made of...like Kapton, or polyimid. Just take some kapton tape and place
it over the fiducials of whatever your using for your machine ( Topline board,
or glass plate )...
