We have boards designed and built using a 132 pin  PQFP footprint that
has pin1 at the corner of the IC. The part arrived with pin 1 located in
the center of one of the columns. Does anyone sell an adapter that can
translate the pin offsets? Any ideas on a fix to existing boards?
