It appears you are using the original manual method.
We have updated the IPC method which deals with the
necessity of a nomagram for each conductivity meter.

If you want I can fax you the method that tells you how
to prepare a nomagram.  That way you have a graph which
will tell you the sodium chloride equivalents based on the
reading you get from the test solution.

We do this test routinely and agitate the entire time the
sample is in the solution.  It does provide a reading and
is good for most assemblies.  Large surface mount components
with little clearance do present a concern as they do for
assembly cleaning operations.
